Paisley Abbey wedding , The House of an Art Lover Gail & Kevin

Our wedding this week was in the gorgeous Paisley Abbey,  Gail and Kevin chose the Abbey to take their vows as Gails father is  The beadle for the church and therefore lives within the Abbey.

The ceremony was very emotional for the couple and their families there was more than one person with a tear in their eye during the vows.

After the ceremony the couple chose to have most of the photographs taken within the Abbey before moving off to the  stunning venue of the The House of  an Art lover for reception with their guests.

Gail and Kevin are now off  on a luxury Honeymoon to the Gambia …

The Vu Bathgate wedding, Victoria & Stewart

This weekend we had a real life white  Christmas wedding when we had the pleasure of photographing Victoria and Stewarts wedding at The Vu in Bathgate as there was a thick coat of snow on the ground from the previous day.  The service too had a really christmassy  feel with Xmas carols being sung instead of hymns.

The fact that we had snow made it really cold but this did not deter the couple from going outside for some fabulous photos with their family and friends.
